Eligibility
- Must be enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, or PhD program during the entire program period.
- Submit all required documents by the due date.
- Pay the program fee by the due date.

Osaka Ibaraki Campus
A modern campus in Osaka with academic facilities, student spaces, and dining options.
Program Fee
JPY 120,000 + JPY 5,000 service fee
Number of Participants
Minimum: 15
Maximum: 40
If the minimum number is not reached, the program may not be offered.
English Only
You do not need to learn Japanese before participating in the program.
No Academic Credit
No academic credit or transcript will be issued for this program.

Participants must arrange and pay for their own accommodation.
Academic Information
No scholarships, waivers, or partner discounts are available for this program.
Completion certificate
Participants must attend at least two-thirds of all classes to receive a completion certificate.
- Late applications cannot be accepted after the application period.
- Participants are recommended to arrive on December 14, the day before the program starts. Late arrival, early departure, and partial participation are generally not permitted.
- There will be no classes on December 19 (Saturday) and December 20 (Sunday). These days are scheduled as free days for personal activities.
- Additional special sessions or guest appearances may be announced later. Possible additional activities include AI-related sessions, laser printing, sports exchange, and cultural club activities.
- Program content, lecture titles, and exact activity details are subject to change.

After submitting the form, applicants will receive:

Complete both the required document submission and payment by the deadline.

(4) Participant Confirmation
Applicants who complete both the required document submission and payment by Oct 16 will be confirmed as participants.
Applicants who do not complete both requirements by the deadline will not be confirmed as participants.
