- Certificate of Enrollment: To certify that you are a University/College student at the commencement of the program.
- Essay: To show us your Japanese hand writing skill.
- Pledge: Please print your name and signature.
- Photo ID: Please upload an ID that has your photo, birthdate, and gender shown. Government or University/College issued ID with your DOB, passports are acceptable.
