- Certificate of Enrollment: To certify that you are a University/College student at the commencement of the program.
- Essay: To show us your Japanese hand writing skill.
- Pledge: Print your name and sign.
- Photo ID: To identify you. Government or University/College issued ID with your DOB will be required.
